Do I need to travel to Hong Kong?

How is a Hong Kong company different from an offshore company?
A Hong Kong Limited company is a fully transparent, internationally recognised legal entity — not a secretive "offshore shell." What is the company secretary and do I need one?
Yes — every Hong Kong company is legally required to appoint a company secretary under Section 474 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). The company secretary must be a Hong Kong resident or a licensed corporate secretary. We provide this as part of your package.
What happens after the first year?
