Do I need to travel to Hong Kong to incorporate?

No. The entire process is fully remote. Identity verification is handled via our secure online portal. All documents are signed digitally or couriered to you. You never need to visit Hong Kong unless you choose to.

How long does incorporation take?

Typically 5 to 7 business days from receipt of payment and completed KYC documents. The Companies Registry usually processes NNC1 filings within 3 to 4 business days. We will keep you updated at each step.

Can I open a bank account with the all-inclusive package?

The All-Inclusive Bundle includes an Airwallex banking introduction. Airwallex is a regulated multi-currency digital banking platform widely used by Hong Kong companies for international payments. Account approval is subject to Airwallex's own KYC process, which we facilitate. Traditional bank accounts are available as an add-on service.
